Onsite computer services are available 7 days a week, You can make an advanced booking, and an engineer will visit you inconvenient for you time. Our onsite services include computer system optimization, operating system restoration, Microsoft Outlook support, wireless network installations, network diagnostics, virus removal, upgrades, etc. A minimum booking time of 2 hours applies, as every subsequent hour is charged separately. Onsite Computer Repair for Business and Home Users
We offer computer repair and laptop repair services in Montreal Suburbs and Hudson. Our services include home and business onsite visits, laptop and desktop PC Mac Apple repairs, hardware diagnostics and repairs, software installations, virus removal and protection, wireless network installations and servicing, router installations, and network troubleshooting. You can book an onsite visit for your home or business by calling 514-803-8944 for all Montreal areas. Our friendly engineers will ask you a few questions in order to determine if the problem you are experiencing can be resolved at your premises. If this is the case, we will make sure an engineer visits by appointment only after your call has been received. However, if the repair cannot be undertaken onsite, we will discuss the options of your computer being delivered to our office, or we can Pick-Up and deliver free of charge. The collection is normally done by a member of our staff, and an additional charge for the service may occur. You will be given a clear and precise price quotation before a booking is made. Our onsite services are charged by the hour (a minimum booking time applies), but for all work done in our office, you will be quoted a fixed price.

When you call us, we need you to give us a brief description of the problem. No technical knowledge is required – just call and our friendly staff will ask you a couple of questions; we just need to know what we’re dealing with before sending an engineer to you.

What can we service onsite?

What can’t be done onsite?
It is recommended that services such as motherboard replacement, screen replacement, laptop VGA troubleshooting, laptop overheating, and laptop/netbook Windows OS or Mac OS X recovery is done in our office, rather than at the client’s premises.
Saving your data – is always our first priority!
The first thing that an engineer will do when restoring your operating system onsite is to save your data. If the circumstances do not allow this, They will not proceed and will suggest collecting your computer and extracting your data to secure media in our office.
Cost
Using our onsite services is slightly more expensive than bringing your computer to our office. We do not have a call-out charge, and we do not charge for the time of travel. A minimum booking time of 2 hours applies. 8 am to 9 pm $160.00 per hour. After 9 pm $180.00 per hour.
